The Cheetah Congregation is a minor government comprised of intelligent cheetahs. They are low in status due to the fact that cheetahs are not one of the 'original' Ark species. Cheetahs gained intelligence after the Lion Authority tried to recreate The Ark Project in order to gain new allies.
